INTEGRA GENOA successfully launches recycled EPS project with GREENMAX EPS recycling machine

INTEGRA GENOVA is a logistics company that offers a distribution service for household products. They are closely linked to their customers by means of a sophisticated management system. This approach guarantees a good quality of service. The goods are stored in their warehouse and online orders are are delivered directly to your door without going through other third party shops.

Unlike other counterparts, when our company delivers household appliances to customers' homes, they also take away the EPS and cardboard packaging waste. This is an additional customer service guarantee.

Due to the special nature of this material, it is both light and large and takes up a lot of space. Managing this type of waste is costly and, at the same time, transporting it can be a problem. Due to this packaging waste, EPS recycling became a problem for them.

Fortunately, INTEGRA came across GREENMAX at the end of 2018 and chose the A-C200 EPS compactor.  Thanks to the machine's high production capacity, the waste material was able to be disposed of in a very short time. The machine only needs to be run twice a week, it is easy and safe to operate and saves on electricity costs as well as saving on labour.

In April 2019, the GREENMAX team visited their company to make visit to the GREENMAX EPS compactor that the company had purchased. INTEGRA GENOVA is very satisfied with the results of this machine, which has helped them to save a lot of time, free up labour and reduce the costs of managing this material. It is also worth noting that it has contributed to the circular economy, a matter of environmental significance.

The company can also supply INTCO RECYCLING with the EPS blocks generated by the machine, which will also be an additional benefit. By approaching EPS recycling, the company is also implementing the concept of sustainable development and converting waste into resources.
