Expo Plásticos 2026 Mexico: Strong Demand for Foam Densifying Solutions

From 24 to 26 March 2026, we exhibited at Expo Plásticos 2026 in Guadalajara, Mexico, where our team welcomed visitors to stand 1660 for three full days of technical discussions, product demonstrations and project enquiries. We attended the show to present our foam densifier, while also introducing our wider recycling offer, including washing line systems, pelletising line solutions and dependable crushing solutions.

What We Presented at Stand 1660

The response was extremely encouraging. Footfall at the stand was strong, conversations were practical and commercially focused, and it was clear that many visitors had come looking for proven equipment rather than vague ideas. One of the most useful parts of the exhibition was the quality of the questions we received. Visitors were not simply asking what a machine does. They wanted to understand where it fits into an overall recycling process, how it performs under production pressure, what sort of material it can handle and how quickly it can begin delivering value.

That is precisely why trade fairs still matter. They create space for proper discussions. Our foam recycling machine attracted interest from companies dealing with bulky foam waste and looking for a more efficient way to reduce volume, improve handling and support downstream reuse. In many cases, the conversation quickly moved from the machine itself to plant layout, operational goals and long-term processing plans.

Enquiries That Turned into Real Business

At stand 1660, we also spoke with many visitors about the wider recycling chain. Some were interested in a plastic washing line to improve feedstock quality before reprocessing. Others wanted to discuss a plastic pelletising line for turning processed material into reusable pellets, or a plastic crusher for efficient size reduction ahead of washing or densifying. These discussions reinforced an important point: customers increasingly want joined-up solutions. They are looking for a supplier who understands how each stage of the line affects the next, and who can recommend a practical setup based on real operating conditions.

The strongest result came directly on site, where one customer placed an order for an MC100. Securing an on-stand order is always gratifying, but it also says a great deal about the level of confidence visitors had in both the machine and our team. Beyond that confirmed order, we received a large number of serious enquiries from companies with active projects under review. The atmosphere was positive, and there was a clear sense that investment in recycling and waste-handling equipment remains a priority for businesses that want to improve efficiency, control costs and move material back into productive use.

A Practical Route for Managing Foam Waste

What we took away from Expo Plásticos 2026 is that the market is asking for practical machinery with a clear commercial case. Businesses do not want overcomplicated systems. They want robust equipment, sensible configurations and suppliers who understand the pressures of daily production. That is why our offer is built around solutions that work together, from the foam densifier through to washing, pelletising and crushing stages. Whether a customer is starting with a single machine or planning a broader upgrade, the goal is the same: make recycling easier to manage, more efficient to run and better aligned with production needs.
